1) Reinstated; 2) Effective August 3, 2000. Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months effective June 26, 1998. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #103. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On August 3, 2000, the panel issued its interim order granting petition for reinstatement. As of August 3, 2000, petitioner had complied with the condition of that interim reinstatement order and his interim reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date.
On January 24, 2001, the hearing panel issued an order granting petition for reinstatement with conditions. Costs were assessed in the amount of $920.05.
