1) Reinstated; 2) Effective May 2,2000. Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 3 years effective January 5, 1996. Her petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #24. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On September 27, 2000, the panel issued its report and order granting petition for reinstatement with conditions. As of May 2, 2000, petitioner had complied with all conditions of the reinstatement order and her reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. Costs were assessed in the amount of$1,361.10.
