On April 14, 2000, respondent entered a plea of guilty in the Oakland County Circuit Court to the felony of OUIL - third offense, MCR 257.6256(D). In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended April 14, 2000, the date of the conviction. The interim suspension shall remain in effect until further order of a hearing panel or the Board.
