On April 28, 2000, respondent was convicted in the 16th Circuit Court of six counts of Aembezzlement by an agent or trustee, over $100" in violation of MCL 750.249. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended April 28, 2000, the date of the conviction. The interim suspension shall remain in effect until further order of a hearing panel or the Board.
