NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 99-187-GA Issued: July 26, 2000 Linda C. Perkins-Moore, P-36136, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #2.
1.Reprimand; 2.Effective July 20, 2000. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent offered a plea of no contest to the charges of misconduct contained in paragraph 20(b) of Formal Complaint 99-187-GA, to wit: In response to a judge=s question, respondent replied in a discourteous and disrespectful manner. Respondent=s conduct is alleged to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); 1.3; 1.4; 1.15(b); 1.16(d) and 8.4(a) and (c). The parties agreed that the allegations contained in paragraph 20(a), (c) and (d) may be dismissed. The parties further stipulated that the respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $200.17.
