1) Reinstated; 2) Effective April 5, 2000. Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 180 days effective March 31, 1999. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #16. The panel unanimously concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On January 27, 2000, the panel issued its report and order granting petition for reinstatement with conditions. As of April 5, 2000, petitioner had complied with all conditions of the reinstatement order and his
reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,328.96.
