The respondent and the Grievance Administrator petitioned the Attorney Discipline Board for review of a hearing panel order suspending respondent's license for 60 days,
effective April 29, 1998. Respondent did not seek a stay of discipline during the review proceedings. Respondent was automatically reinstated July 15, 1998 upon respondent's compliance with MCR 9.123(A). The Board subsequently increased discipline to a suspension of 179 days, with credit given for 77 days served. The remainder of respondent's suspension became effective December 21, 1999 and was terminated April 4, 2000 with respondent's filing of an additional affidavit of compliance in accordance with MeR 9.123(A).
