Effective July 19, 2000 1 Based on respondent=s conviction of bank fraud, a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1344 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, effective July 19, 2000, the date of his conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,637.60.
1 Respondent has not been eligible to practice law in Michigan since February 9, 1999, the date of his automatic suspension for non-payment of dues to the State Bar of Michigan.
