1. Reprimand. 2. Effective March 28,2000. The two member panel 1 unanimously found that respondent failed notify his client when he received funds on the client's behalf and failed to provide a full accounting, upon his client's request, of all funds received by him on behalf of his client in violation of Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15(b).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,327.58.
Panel member Mr. Deagostino participated only in the portion of the proceedings which determined the finding of misconduct by the respondent. He neither appeared at nor participated in the discipline/aggravation/mitigation proceedings.
