Specifically: 1) respondent failed to comply with the terms of a prior suspension, in violation of MCR 9.104(9); and 2) respondent was convicted of the offenses of driving
on a suspended license and operating under the influence of intoxicating liquors - second offense, in violation of MCl 257.904(1)(b) and MCl 257.6256(B)
The panel ordered that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $217.14.
