NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)

Case Nos. 99-106-GA; 99-131-FA Issued: February 18, 2000 Patricia J. Dockery, P-44725, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Tri-County Hearing Panel #12 accepting a stipulation for consent discipline.

1. Reprimand with Conditions. 2. Effective February 17,2000. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. Respondent admitted the allegations in paragraph 8(c) of Count One; paragraph 17(b) of Count Three; paragraph 26 of Count Five; and paragraph 35 of Count Seven of Formal Complaint 99-106-GA and paragraph 3(c) of Formal Complaint 99-131-FA, specifically: respondent failed to maintain communications with her clients; failed to respond to her client's inquiries regarding their legal matters; and failed to file answers to two requests for investigation by the Attorney Grievance Commission in violation of MCR 9.104(1 )-(4); MCR 9.113(A); MCR 9.115(D)(1) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4 and 8.4(a) and (c). The parties further stipulated that respondent should be reprimanded, with conditions relevant to the established misconduct.

Costs were assessed in the amount of $403.01.
