On April 18, 2000, respondent was convicted in the Oakland County Circuit Court of OUIL III. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.
Upon the filing of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board will enter an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.
