1. Reprimand. 2. Effective February 15, 2000. The hearing panel found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that respondent knowingly induced a notary to execute an improper notarization; and engaged in a misrepresentation to the Court of Appeals. The hearing panel found that respondent's
conduct violated MCR 9.104(1 )-(4) and Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $464.02.
