NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 99-041-GA Robert W. Easterly, P-26367, Troy, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Tri-County Hearing Panel #85 accepting a stipulation for consent discipline.
1. Reprimand. 2. Effective December 28, 1999. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. Respondent admitted the allegations in Formal Complaint 99-041-GA that he operated his motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, on or about October 19, 1997, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(5) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c). The parties stipulated that respondent should be reprimanded.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $85.45.
