FINAL NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Suspension - 2 Years;

Effective February 1, 2000.

Based upon respondent=s conviction for theft of government property less than $100.00, in violation of 18 U.S.C. '641, the Grievance Administrator and respondent placed the terms of a proposed consent discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) on the record at a show cause hearing held on October 17, 2000. The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by the hearing panel. The parties agreed that an order of suspension should be entered.

The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license be suspended for two years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $277.64.
