NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

1. Reprimand. 2. Effective December 15, 1999. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. Respondent entered a plea of no contest to the allegations contained in Count Three of the Formal Complaint No. 99-092-GA, specifically that he failed to respond to requests for information requested by the Attorney Grievance Commission and failed to cooperate in the investigation of a request for investigation in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a) and (c). The parties agreed that the Counts One and Two of Formal Complaint 99-092-GA and Formal Complaint 99-120-FA may be dismissed. The parties further agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $76.37.
