NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 99-71-GA Stephen K. Woods, P-54528, Cassopolis, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #18.
1) Reprimand with conditions; 2) Effective August 14, 1999. The Grievance Administrator and respondent submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel.
Respondent admitted that on December 9, 1996, he pleaded guilty in the First Judicial District Court to the misdemeanor offense of operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired, third offense. Respondent admitted that his conduct violated MCR 9.104(1)-(5) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)- (c).
The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $105.31.
