NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 99-69-GA Beryl W. Hoffman Kasben, P-25234, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Tri-County Hearing Panel #51.
1. Reprimand with Conditions. 2. Effective October 6, 1999. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. Respondent admitted the allegations in Count One and Counts Two, Three and Four were dismissed. The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded with conditions relevant to the established misconduct, including the following:

Respondent shall request a transfer to inactive status with the State Bar of Michigan; and
Respondent shall provide written notice to the Attorney Discipline Board and the Grievance Administrator when requesting a return to active status with the State Bar of Michigan.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $10.92.
