NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 98-239-GA Joseph W. Poprawa, P-29273, East Lansing, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Ingham County Hearing Panel #2.
1. Reprimand. 2. Effective July 24, 1999. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator submitted a stipulation for consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5). The stipulation was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and was accepted by a hearing panel. Respondent admitted the allegations in an Amended Formal Complaint that his use of cocaine constituted professional misconduct in violation of MCR 9.104(5). The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $114.18.
