Suspension - 3 Years;
Effective July 27, 1999.
Based upon respondent=s conviction for misappropriation of trade secrets, in violation of 18 U.S.C. '1832(a)(2), the Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The parties agreed that an order of suspension should be entered and that respondent shall not seek reinstatement until at least six months following the conclusion of the federal supervised release or the conclusion of the three year suspension, whichever is later.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license be suspended for three years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $180.84.
