NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 95-136-GA Bruce H. Yuille, P-22663, Clarkston, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #71.

1) Suspension - 60 Days; 2) Effective June 4, 1999. A Master appointed by the Attorney Discipline Board found that respondent, while acting as a litigant in litigation pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, but not as an attorney representing a client in the pending litigation, improperly ordered the destruction of relevant evidence. The Master concluded that respondent's conduct violated MCR 9.104(1) and (4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.4(a); and 8.4(a) and (c).

The hearing panel adopted the Master's Report without modification. Following a hearing to determine the appropriate discipline, the panel ordered that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of 60 days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $2,444.59.
