1 ) Reprimand; 2) Effective May 17, 1988. On November 25, 1986, the respondent was cited for contempt under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. 1826 for his failure to answer questions posed to him as a witness before a grand jury. The hearing panel found that respondent's failure to obey the court's order constituted an interference with the administration of the justice system in violation of Canon 1 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 1-102(A)(5) and MCR 9.104(1). A separate hearing was held to determine discipline and the panel considered the circumstances surrounding respondent's testimony to the
grand jury and his prior unblemished record. Costs were assessed in the amount of $331.29.
