NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 98-223-JC William S. Barnett, P-39633, Cadillac, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Wexford County Hearing Panel.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective February 13, 1999. Respondent admitted that he was convicted of violating the Controlled Substance Act, to wit, use of cocaine, a misdemeanor, in violation of MCL 333.74042A, as contained in the Notice of Filing of Judgment of Conviction. The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded subject to conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $163.31.
