1) Reprimand; 2) Effective February 5, 1999. On May 27, 1998, respondent was convicted in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, by guilty plea, of Act Affecting a Personal Financial Interest, in violation of 18 USC 208(a), 216(a)(1), a misdemeanor. Upon the filing of a certified copy of the Judgment of Conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $9.00.
