1) Reprimand; 2) Effective February 5, 1999. On May 27, 1998, respondent was convicted in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, by guilty plea, of False Statements in violation of 18 USC 208(a), 216(a)(1), a misdemeanor. Upon the filing of a certified copy of the Judgment of Conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered. The parties thereafter stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $9.00.
