INTERIM NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT

Case No. 98-197-RP

James J. Rostash, P-19685, Monroe, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #8.

1) Reinstated; 2) Effective January 7, 1999. Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for concurrent periods of 180 and 90 days, effective May 19, 1998. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #8. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On January 6, 1999, the panel issued an Interim Order Granting Petition for Reinstatement. Petitioner complied with that order on January 7, 1999, and his reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. The Interim Order Granting Petition for Reinstatement was entered pending the filing of the panel's report and final order. Costs will be assessed in the final order.
