NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 96-249-GA Samuel H. Gun, P-29617, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #65.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 12, 1998. The panel found that respondent represented or attempted to represent both parties in a divorce action, constituting a conflict of interest in violation of MCR 9.104; and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.7; and 8.4(a) and (c).
The parties thereafter stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,997.49.
