Henry W. Schober, P-30268, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Effective December 9, 1998. On December 9, 1998, respondent was convicted of Possession with Intent to Deliver Less Than 50 Grams of the Controlled Substance Cocaine, a felony, in violation of MCL 333.74012A4 in the 30th Judicial Circuit Court. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent was automatically suspended from the practice of law in Michigan effective December 9, 1998, the date of the felony conviction.
On July 2, 1999, the Grievance Administrator filed a certified copy of the Judgment of Conviction. On July 9, 1999, the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.
