On August 29, 2019, respondent pled guilty to operating while intoxicated, third offense, in violation of MCl 257.625(1)A, a felony, in the matter titled People v Trevor Michael Salaski, Oakland County Circuit Court, Case No. 19-270850-FH. In accordance with MCR 9.120(8)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.
