NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND RESTITUTION WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case Nos. 97-298-GA; 98-125-GA Noel J. Saleh, P-26594, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #13.
1) Suspension - Sixty (60) Days; 2) Effective October 6, 1998. Respondent was retained by three separate complainants regarding immigration matters. He entered a plea of no contest to allegations that he neglected all three matters, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(a)-(c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4; 3.2; and 8.4(a) and (c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for 60 days, make restitution to the complainants in the total amount of $4,250, and attend the State Bar of Michigan Law Office Management Seminar. Costs were assessed in the amount of $506.25.
