1) Reprimand; 2) Effective August 28, 1998. Respondent was retained to represent the personal representative of a decedent's estate. He entered a plea of no contest to allegations that he neglected the matter, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(a)-(c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 3.2; and 8.4(a) and (c).
Based on the agreement of the parties, the panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $94.99.
