1) Reinstated; 2) Effective October 8, 1998. Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for a period of two (2) years effective July 29, 1996. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #27. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On October 5, 1998, the panel issued an Interim Order Granting Petition for Reinstatement with Conditions. Petitioner complied with that order on October 8, 1998, and his reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. On March 18, 1999, the panel issued its report and Final Order Granting Petition for Reinstatement with Conditions. Costs were assessed in the amount of $717.81.
