NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND RESTITUTION (By Consent)
Case No. 97-292-GA Duane J. Beach, P-34655, Greenville, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Kent County Hearing Panel #1.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective March 26, 1998. Respondent represented the complainants in two separate civil matters. He entered a plea of no contest to allegations that he neglected the matters and failed to communicate with his clients, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1; 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4; 3.2; and 8.4(a) and (c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and make restitution to the complainants in the amount of $1,200.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $56.43.
