NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND PROBATION (By Consent)

Respondent entered a plea of no contest to allegations that on October 18, 1995, he was convicted of Unlawful Blood Alcohol Content - Second Offense, in the 46th District Court, Southfield, Michigan, and to charges that his conduct violated MCR 9.104(1)- (5); MCL 257.625(1); MSA 9.2325; and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for a period coinciding with the period of probation ordered by the 46th District Court: twenty-four (24) months commencing December 18, 1995.1. Costs were assessed in the amount of $70.51. 1. On November 21, 1997, the Attorney Discipline Board received notification from the Attorney Grievance Commission that respondent had fulfilled all probation requirements and was discharged from probation early.
