NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 97-158-JC Kenneth H. Lynn, P-16895, Sylvan Lake, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #82.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 27, 1997. Respondent was convicted in the 61st District Court of a misdemeanor in violation of MCL 750.448. The parties filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), in which respondent agreed that misconduct was established as set forth in the Judgment of Conviction and that an Order of Reprimand should be entered.
Costs were assessed in the amount of $56.25.
