NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 97-84-GA Stephanie A. Watson, P-32305, Saginaw, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #101.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective September 18, 1997. Respondent admitted that, for a period of approximately seven years, she flagrantly disregarded the parking laws of the City of Detroit by accumulation of approximately 960 parking tickets; her parking ticket fines and penalties totalled $26,880; and, throughout the seven years in question, she failed to pay the parking ticket fines and penalties.
Respondent's conduct was admitted to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)- (c).
Costs were assessed in the amount of $73.90.
