Case No. 95-242-GA Arnold D. Dunchock, P-13013, Corunna, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #4.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective September 6, 1997. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he failed to answer a request for additional information from the Attorney Grievance Commission following the AGC's receipt of his answer to the Request for Investigation, in violation of MCR 9.104(7) and Michigan Rule of Professional Conduct 8.1(b).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1098.22.
