1) Suspension - Ninety (90) Days; 2) Effective August 9, 1997. Respondent admitted that she failed to cooperate in the investigation of Request for Investigation 2057/94, in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a) and (c).
The panel ordered that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for ninety days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $45.15.
NOTE: Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since April 3, 1996.
