NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 94-223-GA David H. Fried, P-13709, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective July 11, 1997. Following evidentiary hearings, Tri-County Hearing Panel #5 dismissed the seven-count Formal Complaint in its entirety. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review. Following review proceedings, the Attorney Discipline Board reversed the dismissal of one count and found that respondent had neglected a decedent's estate in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c) and 1.3.
The parties thereafter stipulated to the entry of an Order of Reprimand based on the Board's findings. Costs were assessed in the amount of $776.92.
