NOTICE OF REPRIMAND

Case No. 19-6-GA

Notice Issued: July 24, 2019

Kenneth S. Sebree, P 65523, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #28.

Reprimand, Effective July 9. 2019.

After proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.115, the hearing panel found that respondent committed professional misconduct in his representation of a client and his mother in a negligence action involving an automobile accident. Based on respondent's plea of no contest to the allegations in the formal complaint, the panel found that respondent failed to treat all persons involved in the legal process with courtesy and respect, in violation of MRPC 6.5{a); engaged in conduct that exposed the legal profession or the courts to obloquy, contempt, censure or reproach, in violation of MCR 9.104(2); and engaged in conduct that was contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals, in violation of MCR 9.104(3).

The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,816.50 .
