The panel found that respondent violated the Order of Suspension and Probation (By Consent) entered in Case Nos. 93-198-GA; 93-217-FA by failing to answer the Request for Investigation and Formal Complaints in Case Nos. 96-61-GA; 96-79-FA. Costs were assessed in the amount of $274.41. NOTE: Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since August 31, 1996.
