1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 3, 1996. The panel found that during a deposition, respondent directed vulgar and profane language towards opposing counsel and was otherwise unprofessional in his conduct, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 6.5(a) and 8.4(a)and(c).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded with conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,092.02.
