1) Reprimand; 2) Effective December 10, 1996. Respondent was retained to represent a client in a workers' disability matter. The panel found that she neglected the matter, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4; 3.2; and 8.4(a)and(c).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded with conditions relevant to the established misconduct, including instituting an appropriate docket system and attending a law office management seminar. Costs were assessed in the amount of $740.61.
