NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case Nos. 95-174-GA; 95-197-FA Dennis J. Kuirsky, P-23442, Waterford, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #66.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective November 26, 1996. Respondent was paid $1,000 to commence litigation on the complainant's behalf concerning a real estate transaction, and filed an action on her behalf in the 36th District Court. He pled no contest to allegations that he neglected the matter, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(a)-(c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4; 1.16(d); 3.2; and 8.4(a)and(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $80.65.
