NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

Robert K. Meston, P-25750, Belleville, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #28.
1) Suspension - sixty (60) days; 2) Effective August 28, 1996. Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for a period of thirty (30) days effective April 26, 1996 and until compliance with MCR 9.123(A). (Case Nos. 95-224- GA; 95-250-FA--See Notice of Suspension dated April 26, 1996.) Respondent has not been reinstated from that suspension.
The Grievance Administrator filed a Petition for Order to Show Cause alleging that respondent violated the order of suspension. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he practiced law while suspended; and failed to notify clients and tribunals of his suspension from the practice of law.
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for an additional sixty (60) days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $50.00.
