NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)
Case No. 96-275-GA Anthony E. Walton, P-36628, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #17.
1) Suspension - Sixty (60) Days; 2) Effective Retroactive to July 25, 1996. Respondent pled no contest to allegations that he failed to answer two Requests for Investigation, in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A) and (B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a) and (c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for sixty days retroactive to July 25, 1996, to run concurrent with his two prior suspensions in Case Nos. 95-48- GA; 95-77-FA and Case Nos. 95-279-GA; 96-191-GA; 96-217-FA. Costs were assessed in the amount of $84.02.
