NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case Nos. 96-30-GA; 96-49-FA Frederick S. Bluford, P-24316, Livonia, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #34.

1) Revocation; 2) Effective June 1, 1996. Respondent was suspended from the practice of law for non- payment of his annual dues to the State Bar of Michigan effective February 25, 1994, and has remained suspended continuously since that time. Respondent was also the subject of three disciplinary suspensions (thirty days effective July 22, 1994; one year effective September 24, 1994; and two years effective September 12, 1995) and a revocation effective March 12, 1996. The panel found, by default, that respondent continued to hold himself out as an attorney and to engage in the practice of law while suspended; and failed to answer the Request for Investigation. Respondent also failed to answer the Formal Complaint and failed to appear at the disciplinary hearing.

Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(5),(7)and(9); MCR 9.113(A)and(B)(2); MCR 9.119(D)and(E); MCL 600.916, MSA 27A.916; and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.4(c); 5.5(a); 8.1(b); and 8.4(a)-(c).

Costs were assessed in the amount of $185.67.
