Case No. 95-231-GA Donald W. Sheldon, P-34262, Port Huron, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board St. Clair County Hearing Panel.
1) Reprimand; 2) Effective May 14, 1996. Respondent admitted that he commingled personal funds with funds in his IOLTA account, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 1.15(a) and 8.4(a)- (c). The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $758.38.
