NOTICE OF REPRIMAND AND PROBATION (By Consent)
Case Nos. 95-268-GA; 96-7-FA Donald R. McMillan, P-27421, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #26.
1) Reprimand and Probation one (1) year; 2) Effective May 31, 1996. Respondent was retained by the defendant in a collection action. He pled no contest to allegations that he neglected the matter, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 1.1(c); 1.3; 1.4(a)and(b); 3.2; and 8.4(a)and(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for one year. Costs were assessed in the amount of $59.00.
