NOTICE OF REVOCATION AND RESTITUTION (By Consent)
Case No. 96-74-GA Douglas D. Elliard, P-13149, Detroit, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #26.
1) Revocation; 2) Effective May 2, 1996. Respondent was appointed Personal Representative of four separate estates. He pled no contest to allegations that he misappropriated a total of $105,464.54 from those estates, in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, 1.15(a)-(c) and 8.4(a)-(c).
The parties stipulated that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked and that he make restitution to the four estates in the total amount of $105,464.54. Costs were assessed in the amount of $95.73.
